- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Cafe Bliss, says it all. Ethan, the owner, is the perfect host. He is welcoming and always ready to cook up a storm. Nothing is too much trouble, and often tries new things to cook on request. His team of ladies out front includes his sister on the coffee machine, with Cathy eager to take care of you.
